Digital conference system is an automatic conference management system which integrates computer, communication, automatic control, multimedia, image, audio and other technologies. The system integrates conference report, speech, voting, translation, display and audio into their respective systems. The central controller (computer, central control system, etc.) controls the work of each subsystem according to the meeting situation. It provides the most accurate and timely information and services for various large-scale international conferences, academic conferences and teleconferencing.

The digital conference system is connected by computer, digital and network technology. All the signals transmitted on the line are digital signals. (1) Digitalization
The internal transmission of the system is digital signal, and the conference microphone adopts the technology of "analog signal-digital signal" conversion. The converters of "analog signal-digital signal" and "digital signal-analog signal" are also used in the central mainframe. Therefore, audio equipment (such as broadcasting, recording, wired or wireless audio equipment, etc.) can directly enter the digital system network through the audio media interface.
(2) Modularization
Meetings at any level required by the central host can be assembled into corresponding modules through software selection of matching modes that meet the requirements. For the established system, more multimedia devices can be added and controlled by computer software to further expand the system.
