Introduction of D8115T Paperless Conference System:

DSPPA paperless conference system supports internal meeting notice issues in the organizations or companies, giving entry guidance to meeting participants, participants signing-in and viewing participant information. With the system software, the user can view the text, pictures, video and other meeting materials. The conference room files can be sent, distributed and shared interactively. By using finger or touch pen, participants can easily make notes on the screen to realize paperless writing while have paper writing experience. The content of the original manuscript can be saved and other meeting functions, such as voting, applying for projection and calling for service, can be realized.

Conference sign-in:
participants signing-in (free signing-in can be set in the background system), One key touch, quick check-in, automatic check-in status recording in the background system

Attendance:
displays the seat number, name, organization, position and check-in time of the participants in the form of a list

Meeting agenda:
displays current meeting agenda

Meeting materials:
displays and opens the meeting files distributed by the administrator
support file classification (text, picture and video)
support various office file formats

Conference voting:
provide voting function at the meeting
support custom voting (vote for one and vote for multiple)
support multiple voting modes (registered/anonymous/abstention)

View notes:
The notes of each participant will be saved independently in the meeting management server in the background. Participants can see the previous notes at any time through the notes view function
Projection application: participants may apply to synchronize their screens to the conference room projector or large screen
