This system features a 7-inch dual-sided LCD display with capacitive 10-point touch functionality, developed on an embedded Android platform. Both front and rear high-resolution screens support 1024 × 600 resolution, ensuring clear and consistent visual presentation. It is equipped with customized conference software for fully digital meeting management, supporting Ethernet and WiFi connectivity, with optional PoE for flexible deployment in various meeting environments. The system architecture adopts a gigabit Ethernet-based cascading design, enabling stable and reliable communication through network cabling. Users can batch import or update participant information via spreadsheet files, and display unit names, titles, and organizations on either side of the screen. In special cases, on-screen handwriting input is supported for real-time editing of names and titles. The main interface can display agendas, documents, voting functions, and service requests, providing a comprehensive paperless conference experience.
