This device is designed to operate in conjunction with the MP9822EII unit. It uses external alarm signals to control the power on/off operation of the MP9822EII. When a valid alarm signal is detected and the MP9822EII is operating in battery mode, it takes approximately 30 seconds for the MP9822EII to fully start up.
