Conventional communication methods often fail to meet the specialized requirements of chemical production facilities.

This solution is built around the DSPPA MAG6000 IP Network Public Address System, integrating MAG201FD / MAG202FD explosion-proof networked SIP telephones and the MAG206FD explosion-proof networked industrial intercom terminal. 

● Together, they form a fully digital, explosion-proof, integrated, and scalable broadcasting and communication system specifically designed for chemical plant applications.

System Architecture:

● Core Network Infrastructure: Switches, routers, and firewalls are deployed to ensure network security, stability, and high reliability across the entire system.

● Terminal Devices: Explosion-proof networked industrial intercom terminals and explosion-proof networked SIP telephones are installed in hazardous areas in compliance with explosion-proof requirements, while the broadcasting system provides full-area coverage throughout the plant.

● Daily Broadcasting & Notifications: The MAG6000 system supports the configuration of work shift bells, safety reminders, and background music for daily operations. Based on predefined safety events, the system can automatically trigger emergency broadcasting to rapidly deliver alarms and instructions during incidents such as fire, gas leakage, or explosions. The MAG201FD / MAG202FD explosion-proof telephones support keypad dialing to initiate paging and broadcasting, enabling efficient on-site command and coordination.

● Real-Time Intercom & Communication: The system provides full-duplex intercom communication for real-time voice interaction between personnel. In addition, scheduled broadcasting functions can be used to remind workers to carry out regular equipment inspections or other necessary operational tasks.

● Emergency Response & Fire System Integration: All explosion-proof terminals are equipped with ALARM IN interfaces, allowing them to receive dry-contact signals from the fire alarm system and automatically trigger preset emergency audio messages.

● Real-Time Status Monitoring: The MAG6000 host enables real-time monitoring of terminal online status, volume levels, and call activity, ensuring effective system supervision and rapid fault response.

● Multi-System Integration: All terminals support the standard SIP protocol, allowing seamless integration with enterprise IP-PBX or VoIP telephone systems.

IV. MAG6000 Explosion-Proof System Topology

All explosion-proof terminals support the standard SIP protocol. They can be seamlessly connected to the customer’s SIP telephone system, enabling remote paging and full-duplex intercom communication via mobile phones or SIP phones.

V. Integration with DSP9000 SIP Telephone System

● Both the DSP9000 system and the MAG201FD / MAG202FD explosion-proof SIP telephones, as well as the MAG206FD explosion-proof intercom terminals, support the standard SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). SIP is used to establish call connections between devices, enabling voice and video communication. Through SIP, the DSP9000 system and explosion-proof communication terminals can interoperate within a unified IP network.

● When the DSP9000 system is deployed together with explosion-proof telephones and explosion-proof industrial intercom terminals, voice, video, and alarm information is transmitted via SIP and other standard protocols. This enables efficient system coordination for emergency response, on-site monitoring, and safety management, ensuring reliable communication in hazardous environments while providing real-time operational information and emergency support.

● Supports quick paging and dial paging to single or multiple networked playback terminals, as well as quick intercom and dial intercom communication with paging stations.

● Features one short-circuit trigger input, allowing connection to an external alarm button to activate preset audio sources on the server for linked alarm broadcasting.
