With a rapid development, the form of the paperless conference has gradually expanded from the original conference system used on PCs and tablet computers to the field of smart phones today. By installing the client software of the conference on the phone, so that participants can browse and review the relevant information of the conference in time before and after the conference, read the relevant documents uploaded by other users in the conference, and browse the conference minutes, etc.

Based on the analysis of this demand, the UML unified modeling language is used to achieve visual modeling in the analysis and design phase of the paperless conference system.
(1) Architecture function design of paperless conference system
The logical architecture design of the paperless conference system is based on J2EE technology and is divided into four layers, namely the database layer, the service layer, the network layer and the user layer. The database layer uses Mysql database as the center of data exchange and storage. The service layer is based on the Web application server and consists of Webserver and Appsever. The users of smart phones realize various services provided by the conference system through data exchange of various wireless networks.
(2) Flow chart design for participants
Participants first need to enter the login interface, enter their user name and password to log in to the participant's function interface. By viewing the conference list in the participant function interface, the user can perform conference sign-in, view conference details, and make conference records and a series of operations. For the conference sign-in function, the paperless conference system will generate a sign-in form after the user signs in, and for the conference record function, the system will generate a conference record.
(3) Flow chart design of the host
The host must first enter the system login interface, enter the account name and password to log in, and enter the host interface after successful login. There are two function interfaces of the host: one is the function interface of the participants, the other is the host interface. Because in the conference, the host plays the role of both the host and the participant, there are two parts in the user's functional interface. The function of the host to manage the conference is mainly reflected in the creation, modification, deletion and closing of the conference.
(4) Database design
The data table of the paperless conference system includes the conference information table. Among them, the conference information table associates to the conference record table through the conference ID field, associates to the host information table through the host ID field, associates to the information table for participants through the participant ID field, and associates to the conference document table through the conference document ID. And at the same time, the conference ID field can be linked to the sign-in record table in the conference record table.
