HD8000 HD Video Conference System for Government

1. Solution Description

The remote video conference system refers to the remote video conference system devices for two or more individuals or groups in different places to share and send files and images in the meeting for instant and interactive communication by using microphone speaker equipment including cameras, display devices, microphones and speakers through the Internet transmission cable. This system is a typical image communication, as the images and sound signals are converted into digital signals at the sending end of the communication, and then reproduced as visual and auditory information at the receiving end. Compared with the telephone conference, it is more intuitive and has more information. By using the remote video conference system, you can not only hear the sound, but also see the conference participants, jointly facing the problems to be discussed, studying the drawings and objects, which is no different from a real conference, so that every participant has an immersive experience.

2.Connection Diagram

The video conference system project consists of two large conference rooms and one small room. Two large conference rooms are equipped with the digital conference system D6201, the video matrix system D6108, the remote video conference terminal HD8102, HD camera D6283II and professional sound reinforcement system equipment because of the large number of participants and a large meeting room area. In addition, MG12, D6573, and D6575 are used as professional audio processing equipment to make the on-site sound clear, with no distortion and no feedback, etc.

The small conference room is usually for meetings with 3-6 people, so it is equipped with the remote video conference terminal HD8102, HD camera D6283II, and omnidirectional microphone HD8017 with excellent sensitivity.

1. The remote conference system generally requires a conference MCU, integrated audio and video terminals, and high-definition video cameras, to combined with the sound reinforcement system. In this system, HD8000 (8 channels) is used as a remote video host to realize simultaneous online conferences in 8 venues, and HD8102 is an integrated audio and video terminal, which can be seamlessly connected with other manufacturers’ terminals and MCUs. The terminals HD8102 in multiple conference rooms can connect the MCU HD8000 (8 channels) through the Internet and log in with the corresponding IP URL to achieve remote video conference.

2. The D6108 in the system is a divider that handles the video input and output of the entire system, and 4 HDMI video inputs and 4 HDMI video signal outputs can output and switch different video images to a large screen, display or projector so as to meet the needs of the meeting site.

1. Real-time audio and video interaction function: HD8000 video conference system provides high-definition videos and no-latency voice calls. The video supports up to 1080P and provides high-quality cloud conference effects.

2. Multiple mobile terminal access functions: The system supports 3G, 4G, Wifi, and ordinary ADSL cable networks, which can access to multiple types of mobile terminals such as PC computers, laptops, tablets and smart phones, and supports IOS, Android, different Windows operating systems such as XP, Windows7, and Windows8. It can realize audio and video communications under different networks and network bandwidths, and integrate mobile networks, fixed networks, Internet, and private networks.

Synchronous playback of multimedia files: The HD8000 video conference system supports simultaneous playback of multimedia files in any standard format to other participants, with clear and smooth effect, which enriches the expression way of the meeting, and enhances the function and market value of cloud meetings.

4. Conference management function: Support multiple conferences at the same time. Different meeting rooms can enter different meeting modes as required, and the number of meeting rooms can be increased as needed.

5. Conference recording and playback function: HD8000 video conference system can record all audio and video information, screen information, sharing documents, collaborative browsing, etc. during the meeting in real time, truly reproducing the actual situation of the meeting for post-meeting.

6. Voting function: The combination of HD8000 video conference system and digital conference D6201 can realize voting. The conference speaker initiates a voting during the voting process, with the voting options entered online or pre-programmed, and then participants will vote. After the voting, the conference speaker clicks on the broadcast result to directly display the voting result, and the system can set the storage path for the voting result and save it in XML file format.

7. Video round tour function: When the number of videos received by the user is greater than the number of split screens in the window, the video round tour method can be used. The round tour interval can be set freely. When the broadcast round tour is used, the video round tour screens seen by all the branch venues are the same as the main venue. When the local round tour is used, only the local can watch the round tour screen. Support the real-time round tour of all branch venues by the speaker, and free round tour of a branch venue.

8. Conference locking function: The system supports conference locking. In this way, other users can be prevented from entering the conference system, interfering with the normal progress of the conference, and preventing the leakage of conference confidential information. When the meeting room is locked, even if the account and password of the meeting room are available, you cannot enter the meeting room. You can only enter the meeting room after the chairman agrees.
