With the rapid development of information technology, people first thought of installing multimedia projection display equipment in conference rooms, organically combining various media such as digital text, sound, graphics, images and animations to make the conference content extremely rich. The addition of video camera, signal processing and centralized control equipment, digital transformation of traditional analog video and audio technology, provides sufficient means of information expression and communication for all parties participating in the conference. The booming communication network has created a smooth bridge to hold video conferences in different places but seem to be face-to-face.

According to the function division, the entire digital conference system can be divided into sub-systems such as speech, sound reinforcement, camera, and display.
1. Speech system
At present, the digital conference network (DCN) has gradually entered more and more small and medium-sized conference rooms from large international conference centers, greatly improving the automation level of conference management.
2. Sound reinforcement system
The sound reinforcement system is used to clearly broadcast the audio data related to the conference to the participants. The network sound system of reinforcement is the typical type among the system. The technical key is the uniformity of the sound field and the clarity of the speech sound reinforcement. The equipment should be configured according to the area, shape and functional requirements of the conference room, and the acoustic characteristics meet the standards for both language and music in the design of the GYJ hall sound reinforcement system.
3. Intelligent camera system
The number of cameras is generally not less than 2, one for panorama shooting, and the other for automatic tracking of the speaker. The installation location should depend on the size of the room. It depends on the height and the layout of the venue.
The control line and video line of the camera are connected to the camera matrix, and the aperture, focal length and pan-tilt rotation are realized through the control keyboard connected to the matrix. The automatic tracking and positioning of the camera is realized through RS-232 communication between the control computer installed with the camera synchronization control software, the central control host, and the camera matrix. It is detected by the centralized control host and sent to the control computer. The control computer sends back instructions to the centralized control host according to the pre-programmed program, and then the centralized control host sends control commands to the camera through the matrix. The camera quickly responds to the preset position and automatically adjust the aperture and focus, and capture the image.
4. Projection display system
Includes projection screen and projector. The projector can play video signal, video recorder, DVD player signal, physical booth, computer signal, etc. on the projection screen. The selection, projection method, and installation location of the two are subject to site restrictions, and directly affect the decorative effect. Therefore, the procurement and installation plan should be carefully selected.
5. Signal processing system
Usually, there will be multiple signal sources in a conference room, including audio, video, VGA, etc. In addition to local signal sources such as DVD, DVR, CATV, and computer, there may also be some external signals, the number of which is much more than the number of output devices, and the formats and bandwidths of the signals are different. In order to enable the venue to output the required signals conveniently, the system must be equipped with the necessary interfaces, matrix switchers, distributors and other equipment.
6. Centralized control system
The centralized control system is to implement centralized control of the above-mentioned subsystems. The centralized control host controls the RGB matrix, audio and video matrix signal input and output switching, and controls the switch of the projector through the RS-232 interface; remote control the video recorder and DVD through the IR infrared interface. and other equipment with infrared control function; control the power supply of strong electric equipment such as electric curtains and the on and off of non-adjustable lights through multi-channel strong electric relays, and connect with the dimmer through the dimming interface to realize the stepless adjustment of the lighting of the podium.
7. Video conference system
On the basis of the relatively complete functions of the above subsystems, with video conference terminals, multi-point control unit MCU, gateway, gatekeeper, and digital channels such as optical cable, microwave or satellite, remote consultation can be realized.
